AshleyWe did Capone's cabin. I have done many escape rooms and this one was a blast! There were a lot of clues and secret spaces. I liked that not everything was a lock!! Many different and creative ideas!! I loved that they give back to charities. I do wish they would donate to HAWS or something for the animals. We will be back to do another room!!!

AndrewHad a fantastic time escaping from the 14 floors below room. Very thematic and engaging with a great balance of challenging and satisfying puzzles! The host was extremely nice and fun to talk to before and after the game. Looking forward to coming back for other rooms in the future

Andrewame back finally for the capone cabin room with some family and it was just as fun as the first room! Alexa has helpful and friendly, very pleasant experience and can't wait to come back to conquer room 3!

LeslieWe had a great time completing 14 Floors Below at Solve. Our game master, Tiara, was friendly and communicated with us just the right amount to make our game challenging and fun. Several of us in the group had done many escape rooms before. This one had all the right things - good game mechanics, a variety of puzzles, and a well established theme.

AlexDecided to use a winter break day and take the kiddos to do this experience. It was myself, a 15 year old, a 14 year old, and a 9 year old. We opted to do the "Capones Cabin" room and enjoyed it. We were promptly greeted and walked through our room by an awesome young woman (wish I would have caught her name, but she had awesome green hair). While we didn't solve the room, we got close and had some helpful clues along the way. We will definitely be back in the future to try another room! 🙂
