I have been here twice (Titanic and Morgan's Raid) and had great experiences both times. The staff has always been really helpful and accomodating and the rooms are lots of fun. One note, the Morgan's Raid room, while fun, is very dark and poorly lit so if you have trouble seeing in low lighting environments I definitely do not recommend it.

Had a great time, worked out some puzzles, and just barely managed to escape. Highly recommend!!
