Encounter

A group of four of us attempted the Encounter room. We ran out of time just before we escaped, but it was an awesome experience! Detailed rooms and lots of buttons to press! Sam was an awesome host!

The Encounter was definitely a tricky one but Mel was a great help! It would be super cool too if our game master dressed up as an alien!

Lauren was the best! We did the encounter room and was super difficult if it wasn’t for Lauren, we wouldn’t have escaped in the escape pod from the aliens! I hope to try more escape rooms in the future!

I loved this place! Me and 2 of my friends went to the Encounter episode ( the hardest one) When we were stuck our gamemaster helped a lot by giving us clues! But one of the best things about this whole place is their themes... Literally the rooms were so well made. Our room looked just like an alien spaceship.. and the other ones as well looked so real and fun! I highly suggest you go here!!

Wow! We had such a blast! Alyssa was an awesome game host and we loved the escape room. We did Encounter and were blown away as soon as we walked in. The theming and set designs were beautiful and very immersive. The puzzles were also creative and had us thinking out of the box. 10/10 will come back again :)

I assembled a party of 7 and visited Red Door Escape Room on a whim. We did The Encounter. The staff - Jenna and Andy - were very friendly and accommodating. This place has very high production value, full of lights and very challenging puzzles. Worth every penny!

My date & I had so much fun at this escape room! We randomly chose the hardest one on an alien ship & it was an absolute riot! I will definitely be back now that I know what to expect. 10/10 recommend, especially if you want to scope out your person’s problem solving skills. Ha ha!

Where to begin. The puzzles were neither fun nor intuitive. Of course being neither fun nor intuitive presupposes that the puzzles actually work, and many of them didn’t. There were multiple malfunctions that cost us many precious minutes. This room is an unintuitive, poorly designed, malfunctioning cockup. It’s no surprise that the escape rate is is so low.

I was really impressed with the Encounter. Our group of four had a wonderful time with the room. Our game master, Taylor, was amazing and made the experience even more fun. The room was immersive and the puzzles were really challenging. The venue was clean and easy to find. Definitely recommend it you're in the DFW area and looking for a fun and challenging game.

I had never done an escape room before, and neither had my friend I did Encounter with. But we had a lot of fun! The set was really well made, the puzzles were quite interesting and tricky, and we found a couple different ways to solve them than were required. There was one puzzle we never would have figured out without help, but our game master was happy to explain it to us just enough to get us in the right direction. Even though the last room was a little anti-climactic, it was still a fun experience. Now I'm curious to see what the other rooms are like.
