• Natalie was an amazing game master. We did The Lost Ruins. We were very challenged by this room. We did not escape. The detail put into the room was amazing. The clues took a lot of thought but were not unsolvable. We really enjoyed it! It's been a while since we've found an escape room that has been this difficult for us. It has a 25% escape rate. Want a challenge? Try The Lost Ruins.

• Tried the 'lost ruins' room today with my hubby. We were unable to finish on time, it being our first time but the experience was really awesome. Our game master Brin was fun and very helpful. Love to go back and try other rooms. Would highly recommend :)

• Did the Lost Ruins with my sister for her birthday and it was challenging but such a fun experience! We are both beginners but Angel our game master was amazing and the clues were really helpful when we were stuck.

• We didn't have the best time with the room "The Gift", however my sister & I tried the Lost Ruin and it was absolutely amazing!! The clues and rooms were set up so well, the game master was extremely supportive. We had an amazing time. Thank you to Mckenzie & the team for giving us such an amazing experience.

• We recently played the Lost Ruins at Red Door Plano. While we almost escaped, the experience was still amazing. The room was well designed and very detailed. There were a lot of interactive puzzles and props. Our game master AJ helped make the experience great, as well as all other staff were friendly and welcoming. We already purchased a gift card to return again!!

• What a great way to spend my birthday. My grown kids planned this adventure. We escaped The Ruins with time to spare. Our game master Elise found a way to sneak in a special surprise for my birthday!

• Just had my son’s birthday party here today and they had a great time! They even escaped The Lost Ruins with 2 seconds to spare. Highly recommend this as a party place! Thanks to Kevin for making this a good experience for the boys.

• I LOVE Red Door! I had the opportunity to play and beat both the Lost Ruins and The Gift! They were challenging but doable. I highly suggest those interested start with The Gift and later advance to more difficult ones like Lost Ruins. I will definitely be back to try the others. Shoutout to Arial for being a great game-master as well! Thank you, Red Door!

• I'm a fan of Red Door and was excited to try this at their newest location. The room itself was great, aesthetics were wonderful but the puzzles were a bit... off. some of them just didn't make sense and we had to get a lot of help from the game masters for them. Over all I definitely recommend this room.

• I've been to a few puzzle rooms back home in Austin but this one was definitely my favorite. My family and I had a great time trying to solve the puzzles. I really appreciate the amount of detail and well thought out of the Lost Ruins. It was incredibly immersive and I plan on returning!
