Mrs. Winchester couldn't bear the heartache and began to practice occult rituals in a desperate attempt to contact her daughter. Strange things began happening on the 13th floor until it was finally permanently closed. As long as you avoid that floor, your stay at The Winchester should be a pleasant one...!
