with this being my first attempt at an escape room - I completed Grim Stacks yesterday - it was great at being interactive, which was really enjoyable, and had a ton of fun finding things and figuring out the clues!

Description:

The owner of a mystical bookshop is up to something sinister. He has captured a mystical creature and plans to use it to take revenge against the Arcane Library. You must sneak into his shop, find the creature, and rescue it before his plan can be carried out.

This place is awesome! One of the best escape room companies in the country hands down. If you are looking for something fun, exciting, and new to do while in SLO... CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Grim Stacks was a blast!

I highly recommend Puzzle Effect -SLO! Our first ever Escape room experience and O!M!G! SO MUCH FUN! It was one of the most fun and exciting things I’ve done on a very long time. We finished “ Grim Stacks” with 24 seconds left. I’m shocked I can even speak today from yelling. Such a great experience!
