It was a hard set of puzzles to solve in an hour. This was our first outing in months as a family and the first escape room for our youngest. Well worth it. Masks make it a bit more difficult in communication but we felt safe. We did Baldwin Manor with 2 kids and 2 adults. We did completed it barely. I would not recommend this one for any more than 4 people due to the size of the room.

Description:

Your family has had stories for generations that all of its bad luck and failures could be traced back to your great great great Aunt. They believe that she was looking to change her fortunes by delving into the dark arts… Her and your great great great Uncle lived in this home up until the night they disappeared exactly 100 years ago today. You have recently inherited this manor and through sheer luck or destiny have shown up to inspect it exactly on the centennial of their sudden disappearance, at 1 hr till midnight. Legend has it that if you are able to release the curse, you and your family’s lineage will be saved. If not, you may end up like your Aunt and Uncle

We did the Baldwin Manor room and were not disappointed. The Sanford location is our favorite for escape rooms and we were pleased to find the same attention to detail in theming and thought provoking puzzles at the new location. The storyline was compelling and the high tech effects build on those already in use in Sanford. We will definitely be back!

If you like Escape Artist in Sanford, you'll definitely like this location as well. Did Baldwin Manor for my 28th escape room. It was definitely a good one. We thoroughly enjoyed the puzzles & decor. Can't wait to do Ninja.
