My family loves escape rooms and we like to try new ones on our vacations. This one was one of the best we've been to! So different from other escape rooms. If we're back in Orlando, we'll definitely visit again. Great place!October 22, 2024

JohnGreat escape room experience all around. I've done 30+ rooms before. I did the Haddon Heights room. The effects and theme are excellent. It is definitely scary, with jump scares, but not as bad as a haunted house. The puzzles were interesting, challenging, and thematic. It didn't take me as long as other rooms typically do.

christopherTbh my first visit was not great at The Bureau. However, my most recent visit was great. Did two rooms back to back. Highly recommend the Possession room. Our GM Covey was very friendly and made sure we had fun.

Jill KoernerOverall, the experience was great. Took the whole family and we all had a blast! The rooms are nice and were quite challenging. Definitely will be coming back when we are back in Florida in March!
