The coldwar room was cool but when I signed up for a second game the code they gave me didn't work and I had to email them to fix it. I had an personal emergency and couldn't make it to the game and they wouldn't refund me or reschedule the game. They offered standby, where I would have to wait around hoping someone would cancel their game. I have had better customers service and experience at The escape venture Orlando. If you come to American escape rooms near ucf beware of their unforgiving policies and lack of client satisfaction.

É preciso ajustar as expectativas. Quem vai pensando que um parque tipo os da Disney ou da Universal, vai se decepcionar. Quem for nos horários de pico (final de semana) também pode não gostar.
Mas eu fui durante a semana e já sabendo as atrações que tem lá e minhas duas filhas (8 e 6 anos) ADORARAM! Ficamos 4 horas lá dentro e elas puderam fazer de tudo: Patinaram em um gelo sintético (ótimo pois não é frio), andaram de carrinho bate-bate, foram no pula-pula e muitas vezes em um brinquedo de realidade virtual muito bacana.
O pessoal foi super atencioso, tiveram a maior paciência em ajudar em todos os brinquedos, tem um rapaz que fala português e ajudou muito.
Recomendo a todos e com certeza voltarei.

The Quest is an excellent fantasy escape room with the perfect combination magic and analogue that ultimately creates an immensely satisfying experience that should not be missed. The set is a wonderfully earthy abode filled with magical odds and ends waiting to be uncovered and utilized, each serving a very realistic magical experience. The puzzles are equally brilliant and have multiple tracks running at once, with enough variety and challenge to keep everyone engaged. The workers, one of which functioning as an in-game and in-character gamemaster, are kind, helpful, and obviously very devoted to the wondrous game they have created. This is not a game to miss if you are in the area.

This was my first Escape Room experience and I'm sad I waited so long to try one! The Cold War room was awesome!

We had a good time doing Cold War Crisis. This was our first escape room and apparently we picked the hardest room. It was a little hairy at the end. We only used 3 clues and stopped the bomb with 11:52 left on our clock. We were told we were the best of the week. Can't wait to try another one.
