• I went here for Valentine's Day and had a blast. We were supposed to do "the dig" but due to traffic, we were late. The employees allowed us to do the next one which was The Office. The funny thing is my BF and I don't work in an office. (My bf and I are both teachers.) The employees were nice and our clue master was helpful and friendly. She was enjoying the banter/arguing between my bf and me. I would recommend this to everyone. It was fun, challenging and it gets your juices flowing. The only thing I did not like was the location...had trouble figuring it out where it was.

• First, we escaped the office with four minutes left! Rest assured, this is an extremely fun and different group event that you will absolutely enjoy.
  
  The space is located in the basement of an office building next to Qdoba -- we were a little unsure if we were in the right place, but the building's reception attendant pointed us in the right direction.
  
  There is a small waiting area with tables and a few games and puzzles to keep you entertained.
  
  Once our group of nine was assembled, our clue masters gave us the rundown of rules and how the game would go. (There is an emergency key in the room, if you were wondering, should there be an actual emergency or if someone feels sick, etc).
  
  As you go through the game, your clue masters watch and listen via camera, and will occasionally provide a few extra hints via the screen that displays your time clock, should it seem you are completely stuck or going way off course.
  
  The office game is sparsely decorated and could use a little ambience improvement. I would recommend definitely trying to get a whole group together so you can have the room to yourself with only your friends -- we were so excitable I'm not sure how strangers would have reacted, and no one was afraid to bounce ridiculous ideas off one another!

• We rounded together a group of 10 brave escape artists and made our way to Escape the Room Philly. When we got there we were greeted by a very friendly ETR dude. He checked us in and we played some brain games in the watiing area until our room was ready.
  
  Finally, it was time.
  
  Our Clue Master, Jimmy gave us some ground rules and then wished us luck as he locked us into "The Office".
  
  The clues/riddles were super clever and we all had a ton of fun. Basically, just assume that everything in the room is a clue. 38 minutes later, we were thrilled to have our team "Can't Even Read" join the Winners circle "Hall of Fame" (anything under 40min.).
  
  They then take a photo of your group and email it to each member of the team.
  
  I highly recommend ETR to anyone who has some free time, a little extra cash, and some moderately intelligent friends.Seriously, it was SOOOO much fun.
  
  Only downside was one of the clues was really hard to read on the paper because it was a little beat up/faded so we missed that "riddle". Maybe a fresh one every few games would be good.

• What a fantastic experience we had at Escape the Room. They were able to accommodate a large group (over 30) by grouping us randomly, and splitting us into different rooms. It made for an extra competitive edge to see which of our groups could get out with the best time (our group won, of course).
  
  The staff was fun, lite hearted, professional, and they really knew their stuff. It made me wonder how their job descriptions read. I highly recommend this experience for a great outing.
