Fantastic experience! Jack the Ripper is a very polished room with a "traditional" escape room vibe but in a very eerie environment. We liked it so much we tried their Prison Room after and it was a blast, but a COMPLETELY different experience. Both rooms are in our top 5.

We would have tried Alice (new room!) but we ran out of time and had to head back. but we will come back!!!

Description:

It is the autumn of 1888, roaming the streets of London’s east end is the notorious serial killer “Jack the Ripper.” His shadow of terror sweeps through the dark cobblestone streets and alleys of one of the darkest slums in London.

You are a group of detectives that were tasked to find out the identity of the serial killer. After accepting the mission, you go out with your group to a local pub and are offered a drink by a mysterious stranger.

Next thing you know, you wake up to darkness with little recollection of how you got there.

We had a great experience at Jack the Ripper. Great puzzles, scary setting, and our game master Alan (Allen? sp sorry) was wonderful and we appreciated them. Highly recommend. No really, we screamed.

We had a really great time. Jack the Ripper was challenging and scarier than I had expected. The host was really nice and helpful all throughout. I would highly recommend this escape room for for anyone who wants to be challenged and have a really good time. I’ll be coming back again soon!!!!

My friends and I did the Jack the Ripper escape room and it was a lot of fun! Great group activity! Shout out to Lee for being a great game room master

Alan, our gamemaster, was great, she was funny and super helpful for our first time. We weren't able to solve the Jack the Ripper room, but we will definitely be back to try a different room!

We had a great time in the Jack the Ripper room. It was our first time and we didn't know exactly what to expect but the experience was really challenging (we didn't make it, lol!) and we had a lot of fun solving the puzzles we did get to. Our guide was a really great host as well. We might bring a few more with us next time as three people is probably not enough. We will be returning soon to try out another room!

It was fun and I didn't finish. We went into the Jack The Ripper room. A little scary but fun. We didn't want them yo tell us in the end where the clues were because we'll be back!!!

Lore was our Game master and LOVED THE EXPERINCE. Lore made the Jack the Ripper room that much better with the added immersion.

We came here to celebrate a friends birthday with Jack the Ripper. Alan was our game master and was so enthusiastic! They provided us subtle clues without giving too much away. The room was full of neat twist and turns. We almost made it out in 3rd place. (Next time!)

Sky was a fantastic game master! He helped us truly be immersed in the Jack the Ripper room! He was awesome with the clues too and nudged us in the right direction. We’ve done over 50 escape rooms and this was ultra unique and super fun, truly unlike any of the other ones we’ve done in the past! I highly recommend!

I did the Jack the Ripper escape room and my friends and I had a ball. Our instructor was Olivia and she was awesome, helpful and sweet. I recommend this escape room and I would go back and do another one.

It was fun n difficult but it was a really fun experience, especially watching my husband and kids almost break under the pressure of solving clues.LOL We did the Jack the Ripper room and we will be back for the Alice in Wonderland room soon.

We had such a great time! The Jack the Ripper room was one of the best escape rooms we have ever done. The puzzles were great and Samiyah was an awesome game master. So helpful and fun throughout. We will definitely be back to do another one of the rooms!

My partner and I had a great time- we did Jack the Ripper and the puzzles are challenging, our GM Luis was super into it with us and although we did get killed by Jack- we will be coming back!

This was a dark, complex, super fun challenge. It was tough without being the n-fun kind of challenging. Peter, our coach, was terrific, offering just the right kind of slivers of help when we asked for it. The room and elements are really nicely done, with an authentic feel. Had a great time!

This was my first time, trying out an escape room, and it was an incredibly fun experience. Five of us tried Mindescape's Jack the Ripper adventure. The setting was eerie and immersive, though never frightening. The clues and puzzles were clever, imaginative, and tough. No single one of us could have solved it on our own but we worked through things together. The gamemaster (Cameron) was always on top of things. I loved every minute of it and highly recommend it.

What a cool experience! We were a group of 4 adults and did the Jack the Ripper room. We escaped with just 5min to spare. All of us enjoyed it very much and would love to come back for the other room at some point. We did the room almost a week ago and are still talking about it!

This place was great! Four of us escaped the Jack the Ripper room and it was super fun. Staff was super friendly, especially Joe who was our "hint giver". Very clean and really clever room. Enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely be back to explore the other two rooms. 10/10 would recommend!

Very fun! Jack the Ripper room was really fun. I highly recommend. Made an Appointment last minute with my friend and it all worked out. The guy who gave us clues was really cool too. Nice little waiting area and lockers available

Great escape room choices, location, and price! My two friends and I did the Jack the Ripper room and escaped with about 2 seconds remaining. Shoutout to our game master Dill for adding to the experience! Highly recommend this place.

Just did the Jack the Ripper room. Without giving anything away, it was awesomely immersive with a great variety of puzzles. Cam ran a great game for us, and I'll definitely be back!

We went to MindEscape for my birthday and had a blast! Nat was an engaging and entertaining game facilitator, and helped us feel like we were really immersed in the story. We played Jack the Ripper and it was a perfect balance of challenging, aesthetically interesting and fun. I highly recommend this business! One note is to make sure you arrive on time because the business only allows a 5 minute grace period if they have a group scheduled after you.

This was a really nice escape room! we have done it in last week and thoroughly enjoyed it! Puzzles were creative and thematic and our game master was a blast. They also have areally nice eerie soundtrack we very much enjoyed and put us in a mood. 5/5!

We came back!

We have done the esacpe Thai Prison back in October and they had promised to have Jack ready. Now it is available and they have done a brilliant job! We had the same game master from last time and he was fantastic. Good Job MindEscape for a second room well done. Not very scary with a good flow. We wait for the third one!

The experience was really good, and I will recommend this to my friends who are local. The facility is clean, game masters are smart and timely with their clues and the room itself is really immersive. We really liked the ambiance, from appearance through the beautiful soundtrack. Jack the Ripper has also a really nice buildup and reveal at the end. My group were paired with another couple but that wasn't an issue at all.

Tried this for our first ever escape room and it turned out to be so much fun! The staff was very accommodating, we just walked in and had the Jack the Ripper room to ourselves which was even better. Great experience overall.

This place is awesome! I've done both of their rooms now, loved the new Jack the Ripper theme. The decor is elaborate, the rooms are well put together and the puzzles are the right amount of challenging. The staff is great and the game masters are always available for assistance when needed. Great way to spend an hour with friends and really test your problem solving!
