If you are new to escape rooms than this room will certainly feel passable. If you've played a few mid to high quality escape rooms you'll definatly be disappointed. The puzzles are ones that are relatively regurgitated in the industry and the theme is really lacking. The set quality is mediocre and if you're expecting to be creeped out or scared try escape rooms closer to Manhattan.

Description:

The day began in the woods, but now you and your party can’t remember how to get back to civilization - a thought that grows more disturbing in the waning daylight. With no prospects of getting home, things go from bad to worse when your group seeks refuge in a ramshackle cabin.

It’s not long until you realize that it’s not an abandoned cabin at all... This is Jigsaw's home, and you’ve played right into his trap. Can you escape or will you be trapped forever?

We had such a great time! Cabin in the Woods was a ton of fun. Host Jamie was fantastic! Definitely plan to try the other rooms!

The atmosphere is not bad, it's a little better than most long island escape rooms but it's still lackluster. The puzzles are uneventful but challenging. If you're new to escape rooms and up for a challenge its worth the visit.

We had a group of four for the Cabin in the Woods room in Yaphank. It was challenging and very fun. You are allotted three hints if you need them. The game is very well designed. Our host Amanda was great! Very friendly, helpful and willing to answer questions before and after the game. We will be returning to try other rooms.
