• Sam was amazing!! We had so much fun!!!!! Once Upon a Time was mine and my sister's favorite !!! We absolutely had a blast and we wouldn't pick anyone over Sam! We will request her to be our guide in the future ! Thank you for a wonderful time!!!

• We had a great time in the “Once Upon a Time” room, and our game master, Michelle, was fun and encouraging! We’d recommend this place to anyone, and will most likely be back to try another room! We beat the room with less than a minute to spare…hope we can do better next time!

• My friend and I had never done this before. We chose Once Upon A Time and had a blast!!! It was very challenging for us, but our room guide Alyssa was so helpful, using just the right balance of just the right sort of hint at just the right time.

• Well maintained. Had fun. First escape room experience. We did an easy one though, and it felt like not a good deal because it didn't take much time for the 6 of us. I would go back, but pick a harder one. We did the "once upon a time"

• This was a super fun experience! This was my first time doing an escape room and it did not disappoint! We did the Once Upon a Time story and it was perfect for the group i was with. We had 6 adults, a 6yo and a 3yo and it worked out great. We were able to finish the room with about 18mins left so it wasn't too challenging since we all worked together and even the 6yo was helpful in solving some of the clues! I will definitely be going back to do more stories!

• The room we did here was called Once Upon a Time. We really liked it. We were a group of five. We finished with just about 25 minutes left and thought it was a little quicker than we thought. The mechanics on the room was really impressive too. The doors popping opens were fun to watch. I'm looking forward to going back and trying another room.

• First time at Red Door : Sunday 3:50p .. Malcom was our Guy.. He did an amazing job, he gave us the best nuggets when needed. We all felt comfortable and really appreciate the staff (Malcom) at Red Door. Our Escape Room - Once Upon a Time- .. Thank you ! We will return. Kelley's and Geyer's !!

• If you want to do an escape room try The Red Door in Rancho Cordova it was fantastic! We did once upon a time it was so much fun! We will definitely return to do another escape room! It's a nice location with restaurants surrounding it.
