• I have done two episodes (Once Upon a Time, Taken) and will be going in tomorrow for my third episode (Confinement). This should clearly show that I am a huge fan of Red Door! The episodes are innovative and fun! The folks that run the experience are phenomenal. Marco was our game master and he was friendly and charismatic. Mary and Suzy at the front desk were super helpful. Just an overall great time! Highly recommend.

• It was my first experience with escape rooms and it was such a unique and fun time! My group of 6 tried the "Taken" episode. All the clues, room layout, and gameplay elements were so incredibly well designed! Everyone in the group had the best time working together to pick apart the clues. We'll all be coming back to try the other rooms at this location. Special thanks to our game master, Luke?, with the little extra help!

• This place was awesome! We just did the Taken room today and we escaped with 53 seconds to spare!! Today is my sons birthday and he wanted to do this with his buddies. Everyone had a great time! Thank you Eugene for the clues and being a great leader!

• Played my tenth room here, played taken. The puzzles we're fun and having to work with the other group over walkie talkies was a fun element. Will definitely be back!

• We went in with a group of 8 and booked the "Taken" room. Let me say that the room was exciting and hard. There was a lot of coordination and team work that was needed to make this room work. I highly recommend families and friends to come here and try the escape fun.

• my group played taken, prison break, and confinement and it was a bunch of fun! all of the rooms are super creative and the staff is incredible. special thanks to sam, alex, luke, collin, marcus, and kevin for making our experience extra special and for being super swag. also they have sick t shirts! highly recommend go check them out!

• Me and my friends played 3 different games, Confinement, Prison Break and Taken. They were awesome, but the different RD employees we met made the experience so much more fun. If you ever drop by, I highly recommend Collin, Sam, Alex, Luke, Marcus and Kevin. You guys are all awesome!

• I went to the Red Door Escape Room for my first ever escape room experience. I did the Taken room. And though we did not escape in time, my Gamemaster Caleb went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We let Caleb know it was my birthday and he surprised me with a signed card from all the staff. He literally made my night. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible. I highly recommend this Escape Room.

• THIS WAS AMAZZINGGG !! our game masters name was Sam i believe (sorry if it isnt!!) we originally came to play Taken and because we had SO MUCH FUN with the game and our game master (SHE IS HILARIOUS !) we just had to play the next one Prison Break ! • We had so much fun! Chloe and Ariana were amazing guides. We tried two escape rooms for our first Sacramento RD experience: Taken and Confinement. We were impressed by the quality of the room and clues and appreciate the great hints to help us along. We would gladly return when new rooms open (as we've completed all the others at the Concord location)! Everything was fresh and clean. Even the bathrooms were decorated to match the vibe.

• Had a great experience, didn't solve Taken but got to the last puzzle in the final room. It was a blast with all the puzzles and the time pressure our game master was helpful but didn't give us more than what kept the experience moving and exciting. Totally recommend this to anyone trying to have a unique and fun time.

• This place is awesome if you're looking for something to do with a group of friends or family! I went here for a birthday celebration/ cousin bonding and we escaped the "Taken" room! It was really fun/challenging and probably one of the best escape rooms I've done thus far. Shoutout to the game master, Malcom, for being so helpful and fun. Definitely excited to come back :)
