• Pretty difficult - we didn't manage to finish (maybe if we had 5 more minutes!) Tons of fun though, some of the puzzles were really clever.

• Absolutely loved the puzzles. They were quite challenging but immensely enjoyable to think through. Definitely worth your time!

• Three friends and I played the Escape from the Poltergeist game (along with two strangers). This was our first time playing a room escape, and we all had a awesome time.
  
  The Game Master (Mike) did a great job, and gave what I felt was the perfect level of hints - we were vaguely pushed in the right direction when we stopped making progress, but never outright spoiled. I enjoyed the "twist" on the (from what I hear) standard escape room formula.
  
  We finished with less than a minute to spare, and the last bit was pretty intense trying to finish. We'll definitely be coming back for the next puzzle! This place is a great addition to San Mateo and the Peninsula!

• Escape from the Poltergeist was amazing! Definitely one of the better escape rooms I've been to. The story was solid with a lot of innovative clues and ideas that I hadn't come across earlier. It was quite challenging and that always makes it an even better experience. It's also conveniently located in downtown San Mateo which was a good point.

• You think you've seen it all after a few room escape games, but that definitely was not the case! Escape from the Poltergeist had some fun twists and quirky puzzles that spanned different difficulties - easy puzzles that made me feel helpful and harder ones for the die hard puzzle solvers! Definitely had a great time and would recommend it to other puzzle breakers!

• Did the Escape from the Poltergeist challenge. First time here for me and my group (6 total). Great bonding experience and there were challenging puzzles and clues within the reasonable amount of time (1 hour). Staff are friendly and will occasionally nudge you in the right direction.
