They don't respond to emails or voicemails nor do they pick up their phones. luckily i was able to get a hold of them after dialing between the hours of 1pm-5:15pm.

We rounded up a full group seven brilliant minds to attack the sicko room which overwhelmed the group with the immense amount of dongs.
Going in, we were ready to fall in love with the experience as we did with other escape rooms. Suffice it to say, I will not be coming back to check out the other room. Actually, i just might but only because the prison concept of each individual being locked up separately before the game sounds cool and because we have a 50% off coupon that was already expired when they gave it to us. They said it was cool though and just to bring it back so I might just be down.
The puzzles require no intelligence and provide zero challenges. If you've never done a room escape, this is better than nothing... you might enjoy yourself. (Clearly a lot of people here have). But if you're hoping to be impressed, lower your standards at the door or look elsewhere.
There are some good ideas in here, but not nearly enough "aha!" moments to keep seven people entertained for an hour...well for us 30 minutes. For $25 a person this should be a riveting experience for many. I highly recommend going on a weekday during the inexpensive hours. We paid $119 $17/person for the hour. Now after i think about it, it only took us 30 minutes so we paid $119 for half an hour which would be $238 for the hour. I would like an immediate refund please.
p.s.The one star goes to the incredible waiting room they provide you with and the kind staff! They also have a clean shower in the bathroom but no towels were available.
