What are these "escape rooms" everyone's been raving about? You finally decided to find out for yourselves and book one. Everyone has to start somewhere! Here is a list of all escape rooms for beginners in Washington, D.C.. Experienced players can also pretend to be newbies and enjoy a balanced combination of puzzles and props.
We had a blast and the rooms were better than most escape the rooms we have been to. Staff was super friendly. Would recommend 4 to 5 people per game.Brittany
It's totally fun will certainly have you trying to figure out the puzzles and they are not easy! LOL. Will have you thinking. I'm coming back!Freddy
The tomb was a very fun experience! It wasn’t super crowded when we went so my friend and I got to do the adventure by ourselves (2 people). Also, Retta and Vineshia were very helpful, as was the lady who walked us to the room/set us up the experience. I will be back for more adventures soon!Emily
Awesome experience with the grandkids! Very interactive and high energy.Dawn
I was in Ballston with a friend and decided to stop at 5 wits for a fun afternoon activity! The staff and service were amazing and very friendly. I did The Tomb room which was a very fun challenge. This is NOT an escape room but more of a interactive puzzle. The effects and rooms were very impressive and realistic. Would definitely recommend for a fun rainy day activity for all ages!!! Thanks again 5 wits for a fun experience! :))Julia
Super fun! We did the Tomb with two families and had a great time. Just a little bit scary but not too bad. Highly recommend!Rene
