• We booked a room here a month in advance. With only a couple of days notice, the company cancelled our reservation, stating they had the room under construction. I had to scramble to find another escape room for our kids' birthday. Additionally, they only gave a partial refund. No escape room, no warning, partial refund.
  
  Since then, I have contacted them 3 times, and have heard absolutely nothing back. I also have not received my full refund.
  
  Do yourself a favor. Book an escape room experience with Escape Augusta or with Bangor Escape Rooms (which is where we ended up that day - awesome experience!) I cannot urge you enough to stay away from this place.

• I’ve played every room they have to offer at this location and each one is awesome! Their newest room, The Ultimate Nightmare, was one of the most fun rooms I’ve played in a while. If you’re looking for something different to do, I highly suggest this place!
