Read all reviewsWe booked a room here a month in advance. With only a couple of days notice, the company cancelled our reservation, stating they had the room under construction. I had to scramble to find another escape room for our kids' birthday. Additionally, they only gave a partial refund. No escape room, no warning, partial refund.

Since then, I have contacted them 3 times, and have heard absolutely nothing back. I also have not received my full refund.
Do yourself a favor. Book an escape room experience with Escape Augusta or with Bangor Escape Rooms (which is where we ended up that day - awesome experience!) I cannot urge you enough to stay away from this place.
