• This was our 3rd experience at Escape Artistry Escape Rooms. Each time, we have really enjoyed the puzzles and staff are all friendly. This time we did the Roaring Dan's Pirate Dungeon. Brooks was just the right amount helpful. The puzzles are challenging (but not overly frustating), creative, and really fun. It makes for a great experience for our family. We look forward to doing more here.

• Went with the kids. This is their first escape room experience and we all had fun. We did the Pirate Dan's Dungeon and there were lots of puzzles. Awesome adventure and Bjorn was the best host ever!

• So much fun! Tonight the two of us escaped Roaring Dan's Pirate Dungeon with 7 minutes to spare! The theming and puzzles were so well thought out, and were definitely unique compared to other escape rooms I've been to. Shoutout to Agent Rosie for the comedy and tremendous help through some of the puzzles!

• This is everything I wanted an escape room to be! From the storytelling to the characters to the puzzles, it was so interactive and unexpected. My friend and I did Pirate Dan's, and solved it with 31 seconds left on the clock. So fun!

• This was our first time doing an escape room. It was one adult and two children ages third grade and sixth grade. We did the pirate room and Agent Jase helped us with navigating this first experience. It was a lot of fun. Will definitely come again.

• We had an amazing time escaping Roaring Dan and the Lake Michigan pirates! This was my first experience, and I brought my 11 year old nephews. We all had a great time and definitely felt the challenge! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun afternoon in Chicago!

• It was my sons birthday and my husband and I brought a group of 9 year olds to do the Pirate's Dungeon room. We had a blast. We struggled a bit with some of the puzzles, but our guide provided some timely clues to keep us on track and we escaped with seconds to spare. We felt quite accomplished (in spite of the help). Non-stop fun the whole time. We couldn't stop talking about it the rest of the night. Thanks!

• We had a great experience at the EScape Artistry. Did the Pirates room, challenging, but the agent that was assigned to us was motivating and helpful. With that said we we escaped with two mins to spare! When you book, double check the address. They have more then one location on Milwaukee Ave. Can't wait to do it again!

• We were a small group of two adults and a 7 & 9 year-old. As it was a weekday, we had the room to ourselves and asked our guide (Ren, who was great) to be generous with the clues, which she was! We did Pirate Dan's and it was really good for kids - not a scary set up and I was very impressed with the decor & atmosphere. The 9 year old loved it, the 7 year old was probably a bit young but could still help with writing down clues and opening locks. I can't wait to come back with a bigger adult group and do a different room.

• We did the Pirate dungeon with four adults and two children 6 and 8. Eight year old was super motivated to figure out the clues. We all worked together (with some help from our agent) to solve the clues and get out with about thirty seconds to spare. Eight year old grandson is insisting on coming back with friends for his birthday in November. Adults were impressed with the setup and creativity. Agent gave just the right amount of assistance. He kept us moving in the right direction while allowing us the satisfaction of solving the puzzle and escaping. Six year old granddaughter was less engaged, but stuck with us through the process.
