Eight people is a reasonable amount of players for escape rooms. Everyone will find something to do: strategizing, taking charge, searching for clues, solving puzzles, cheering the team on, counting down the minutes, wandering from room to room or chatting up the game master. Book one of the rooms in Chicago and find out what will your contribution be!
We tried the new CSI room and it was so much fun! It had something for all of us! Will definitely be back!Faith
My fiancé and I love escape rooms and this is one of our favorites in the area. We've done Sherlock Holmes, Al Capone, The Lake House, and just finished their newest, The Starlight Diner. All of the staff is amazing, willing to help out when we get stuck but without giving anything away, so you still feel the sense of accomplishment. The themes are unique and every room is so well-executed. Their rooms are great for all ages! Whether you're new to escape rooms or a seasoned veteran, I highly recommend them!Maureen S.
That. Was. Amazing!Samantha B.
This place is crazy tech-heavy. We did the South Park Escape room and it was the best one I've ever done! Comedy Central made it and so it had video clips with some of the characters and correct voices. It was amazing. I'm not supposed to talk much about the room so I won't but I was really really really impressed. There were multiple rooms to go into and lots of things to interact with. It really does feel like you're in the show. If you need clues and hints they will help you to a point. We were with a group who had never done an escape room before so it was a fun new experience for them.
My husband was most impressed with how tech heavy the room was but again I can't really talk much about it without giving things away. I was pleased by how much there was to do. With 8 of us in there, we all had plenty of clues to play around with in order to solve the puzzles. There were some parts I literally had nothing to do with as I was involved with solving a completely different part. It was pretty cool.
Sadly, we did not escape. But if we find ourselves in the area again ever I will be sure to book us here in one of the other nerdy rooms.
I have done over 15 Escape Rooms and nothing is even close to the Twisted Limits ones. The 90 minute escape room called The Passage is definitely the best. Congrats to owners Keith and Joe on such an awesome sincere experience.Rick
Definitely a game for advanced players...but its awesome! Very nice people when we arrived and on our way out!Mike
My family and I have consistently had a great time at Challenge Accepted. It's well-maintained and great staff. Katrina, in particular, was wonderful during a recent visit. Very friendly and helpful. Challenge Accepted offers multiple Escape Rooms of various time/skill levels. This last is particularly important, as my wife and I did a longer, more complicated one with our kids which we very much enjoyed--but also my Mom has taken my kids to 3-4 other, shorter ones set to their skill level and not only were they successful but everyone (kids aged 8, 12) was made to feel like their contributions were valuable. To me, that is key to having an enjoyable escape room experience.Rich G.
