The escape room was great and our gamemaster, Daniel, gave an amazing experience considering his customer service, really making the experience one to remember with my friends

This would be a decent escape room except that you'll spend 15 minutes trying random 4 digit numbers on the walls to solve a single lock which will ultimately have no relevance to any clue or puzzle it's just a matter of brute forcing every combination. Staff admitted as such and just shrugged. Other than that, there are no sound effects or immersion and even the intro is read to you. Could be a decent room if they tried to tie this up

We were walk-in customers on a Thursday afternoon and were delighted to find the TOP SECRET room available. After a short and entertaining introduction, we had great fun trying (though ultimately failing) to find our way out of the room. The in-room help, clues provided, decor, puzzle, and support were all consistent and fun to have. The lobby being decorated with the playing surface of great classic and new board games is quite a plus! Highly recommended!
