• Just went to the heist and special ops,
  
  wilson and quinn were great and the whole staff very accomodating. Puzzles are challenging and the stories are fun. Can't wait to finish others but definitely like ths staff and location.

• We solved Special Ops with a little over one minute to go! Amazing experience! We went in as a family of 8 of all ages and everyone had a blast! It was fun to see how everyone was helpful in different ways. We have been here a couple times and this time, as always the staff was lovely to interact with. Bryant was a helpful staff member and knew when to give us subtle guidance when we needed it (once!) and then gave us our clue toward the end when we needed it. Highly recommend this experience. You can leave anytime if you need to. Nothing is locked! Lol! Great family fun over and over!

• Did Special Ops and Prison Break on our trip to LA. Blasted away by how well the puzzles are designed and how storyline nicely weaves into the puzzles. Shout out to the very friendly and supportive staff, who made this experience the best escape room I ever had.

• I've been to many escape rooms and I can confidently say this is the best escape room I've ever been to!! The production value, quality of the puzzles is really incomparable to any escape room I've ever been to. Highly recommend for new and experienced escape room players!!

• Loved our experience at the Escape Game LA! We did the special ops-mysterious market and the heist. This was my first time doing an escape room and I found it a bit tricky, while my friends who had done it before had an easier time.
  
  The staff was so wonderful!! Really helpful but also challenged us during the games.
  
  Definitely recommend checking out this spot!

• We did the Special Ops room which was exciting, had unique puzzles, and surprises throughout. The team was very nice and even asked ahead if we were celebrating anything. They had a balloon waiting for my mom for her bday when finished the room. Our guide was Indigo and he gave very useful hints and encouragements.
  
  The building is in the mall on the second floor right outside the entrance for Bloomingdale's.
