Terrible venue. They start the clock exactly on the hour and end the room exactly on the hour. Get caught in a Florida thunderstorm while driving an hour to visit the venue? Too bad, you lose 10 minutes. The hour is up and you're literally 5 minutes from finishing the room? Too bad, you need to stop playing immediately even if they don't have another group scheduled after you. After 25+ escape rooms I've been to I've never seen such disgusting customer service.

Abandoned Zombie Lab

THIS IS SO MUCH FUN! If you have not done an escape room, which I had never done, it's a blast. I got locked in a themed Haunted Pirate Shipwreck room for 60 minutes with my family and friends searching for a treasure and to escape. Amazing immersion makes you feel like you are in another world, challenging puzzles to solve, and you HAVE to work together! Truly an experience like no other. Highly recommend.

Monica set us up and pumped us up from the beginning for this 13% success rate room. We escaped with seconds left and it was awesome the adrenaline rush we got. Would definitely go again and ask for Monica. She did awesome!
