Description:

You and a group of friends go into an abandoned insane Asylum for a ghost hunt. The place is eerie and dark. You're hesitant to go in but that hasn't stopped you before. You stumble upon an inmate's cell to see some of his belongings still there. Everyone walks in and the door slams behind you. What do you do now? Will you be able to escape or will you go insane like the rest of the patients?

If I could pick one word to describe this place it's POTENTIAL! It does not compare to escape rooms in the area by any means and is fairly reminiscent of early escape rooms before they had screens with a timer and hints. The logic of some of the puzzles where not on point and we literally guessed at one of them based on context clues. Other puzzles were really not complex and too simple to figure out. The location is very small, which I wouldn't mind if the rooms were interesting and complex.

What's the most disappointing is the premise of the room we did Asylum was great. The execution, not so much.

Another suggestion to the staff, who by all means we're very nice and welcoming, please revamp your hint system. There's a huge difference between giving a hint and just flat out telling people what to do to get to the next step. Took the fun out of it.

If it wasn't for getting stuck on a bad puzzle we probably would've gotten out in less than 30 minutes.

Like I said, if you've done other escape rooms in the area you'll likely be disappointed, but the place has potential.

The lighthouse room was so much fun!!(even bought we used 10 clues and escaped with 1 second left) My friends and I are going to come back soon to do the asylum. The price is hreat compared to ALL other escape rooms but it still has the same quality and is just as fun and possibly better then other rooms that you pay 30-50 dollars to go to. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Great challenge with the asylum! A couple technical difficulties with puzzles not quite operating as designed but otherwise very fun! Solved it with over ten mins to spare.

This was a great experience! We completed the task and escaped the Asylum Room in 54 minutes, with a great group of people! Kudos! We have to do it again!
