• came here for an activity for a bachelorette party and did the bank heist room with our gm K Money who was so great and made the experience so much fun. we had so much fun we decided to come back again! we did the vampire lair and the atmosphere was superb, the puzzles are great and our game master tyler was absolutely amazing as well. we loved it here so much we are booking our next one immediately.

• Went here for a bachelorette party and did the bank heist! It was so fun, the clues and interactive elements were great. K-Money (our getaway driver) was such a wonderful host and gave a wonderful explanation of the rules for the game. Will definitely go again if I’m ever back in the area!

• Simone was our guide on the escape room: Bank Heist! She was enthusiastic and very helpful! I recommend Bank Heist for a big group ( at least 4 people) it is one of their more challenging rooms with many puzzles to solve. My family and I had so much fun. They were very creative with each aspect of the clues! If you’re up to the challenge, try to crack the codes to accomplish your first bank heist!!

• Such an amazing experience and especially thanks to MARJORIE for all the help!! Majorie is super patient and didn’t mind that we asked for hints along the way. We did the bank heist room and it was very challenging but extremely fun! We had several kids ages 6 and up and they were able to help and said that was one of the best adventure they had 🙂. Can’t wait to do it again!

• I visited this escape room with family members visiting from LA and San Francisco. We love escape rooms and we’re happy to have found this one while we were in town. Nik Nak was a great game master for the Bank Heist room we chose and was helpful when we ran into trouble. One of the pieces of the game wasn’t working properly and tripped us up for a while. She gave us extra minutes on the clock due to this malfunction and we were able to complete the game and escape with a couple minutes left to go! Great experience and I would definitely recommend as a fun yet challenging activity for a group.

• It was super fun. It was our first escape room and I took my two kids to do bank Heist and they had a blast. We were with Nic Nak who was really funny, kind, and helpful. She helped make the whole experience that much better. Will definitely go again and highly recommend if you've never done escape rooms before.

• Enjoyed this escape room location. The bank heist was fun. I liked how it wasn't win or lose. You have the goal of getting as many as 12 safe deposit boxes open before time runs out. We opened 11. Fun times!!

• Five of us choose the Bank Heist room. The music starts as soon as the game begins and it can become high anxiety! We were on a mission and found all 12 keys!!

• My girlfriends and I completed Bank Heist Escape Room in Palm Springs. It was an amazing experience. Dominique and Emily were great and help us giving hints. We will be back again to experience other rooms. It's sooooo much fun. We highly recommend Palm Springs Escape Room.

• Our first time doing an escape room. Took our 2 kids (age 10 and 13) and the entire family had a great time. We did the bank heist room which was quite challenging, but we received a lot of helpful hints form Eevee. She was very supportive and gave us just enough clues to “break the vault” with 4 minutes remaining. We would definitely recommend the escape room here and hope to return in the near future.

• Have already tried two rooms here. Merlin's room is tech-friendly while the Bank Heist is keys and locks. Both rooms were fun but we absolutely LOVED robbing a bank!
  
  The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful! Plus you can't beat the price. Highly recommend
