• If I could rate this higher I would. The best room I've played so far. Unique story, beautiful set, and challenging but intuitive puzzles with a creative use of tech. Completed with 2 players but could of used some extra hands due to the quantity of puzzles. Family run shop in the best way possible. You can see how much effort they put into this business from the office alone, which is well maintained and decorated. Can't wait to play there other rooms.

• We've done close to 100 escape rooms and this one is definitely in the top 3. We felt busy the whole time while none of it felt like busy work. It has a great easy to follow story line.

• This was our last room of our Phoenix, Arizona trip and it didn't disappoint. I got to talk to the game master after the room and little did I know he was one of the makers along with his brother and sister. It's a mom and pop shop and probably one of the best mom and pop shops I've ever seen. The flow and the puzzles were amazing. The sound effects, the decor, the story was just amazing as well. I have played nearly 100 rooms and this room is definitely up there with some of the best. This heist is not like the others. Probably the best heist I have played to date. I can go on about this room. For a group that loved solving puzzles this room hit all the check marks. The room was moderate so we thought it was going to be easier. We were totally wrong. Nearly failed it but not because it was hard, but because we have never seen these puzzles before ( in a very good way), but we beat it with 3 minutes to spare. The story is so simple to follow, but nailed very well. Hudson stole the show. My group and I are still talking about it still to this day. Just a fantastic room and a great way to end our Arizona trip. I will definitely be back for there other rooms.

• I was so pleasantly surprised by this room! I've done several "international spy" rooms and they can be a hit or miss. This game play was so fun, puzzles were clear but challenging and the atmosphere was very immersive. Excited to come back and try their other rooms!

• This was a lot of fun, we had a group of 6. We were able to pay individually. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Most of all the room was well planned out with a high quality design. Would definitely recommend.

• This place totally exceeded our expectations! We had our son’s 10th birthday party there & it was wonderful! The escape rooms are awesome, there is so much attention to detail. But the very best part are the people who own it. They are Saints (and former teachers), so they knew exactly how to handle a group of unruly 4th graders! This place is absolutely amazing & I would 100% recommend!

• This was my husband’s and my first time doing an escape room and it was fantastic! The owners and staff were friendly and kind, and the place very was clean, smelled fresh, and well-run. The instructions before starting were clear and you can see the ingenuity that went into building the themed room! We had a blast in the Museum of History: Heist and will absolutely be back for another escape room the next we visit the city. We highly recommend The Greatest Escape!

• Probably one of the best escape rooms we have ever done (my husband and I). We have done well over 20 (including outside AZ), and this one is by far impeccable! It was very challenging at first because of how different they do their puzzles and such, but once you get the groove, it all makes so much sense! We really loved everything about this place! So clean, upkept, friendly staff, and presentation/technology is nothing like we have seen before in any other escape place! Can't wait to come back!

• LOVE LOVE LOVE this Escape Room!! Our group has done all the rooms here so I’m sad we can’t keep re doing these rooms because they were so great ! Room ambiance is fantastic and the puzzles were a good challenge as well ! Museum of History is my favorite one there so far !!

The puzzles were challenging, but had fun problem solving solutions. The staff were extremely pleasant all the way from the greeting, etiquette rules, and escape. We would recommend this activity for family, co-workers, strangers, anyone wanting a good escape room date.

• Had an awesome time at the escape room today! The staff was super cool and actually helped me set up a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday by hiding a greeting card as a clue. They even gave her a sweet gift of candies. Also happy that two of us managed to finish the room with just 2.5 minutes to spare. Loved the way how they have involved technology with the clues. Can't wait to go back and try out their other rooms. Thanks, guys, you rock! Five stars all the way!

• Very nice employees. Very clean escape room. We did the Missing Art room with 4 adults and 4 kids that were 9 and under. Everyone had a blast and can't wait to come back. They said they only give 3 clues, but we asked for an extra one and he gave it to us. Not sure if it was because we had so many kids, but giving the extra clue and escaping made for the kids having more fun! We've been to a few escape rooms and this is one of our favorites. North Valley Escape rooms is also a good one.

• Incredible escape rooms! Brought the family in to try all 4 and loved them. Definitely try their newest room, first time I’ve had to both do the puzzles and solve the crime!!! This family has really done a fantastic job and they are constantly tweaking the rooms based on feedback.

• Fun and enjoyable room! We ended up doing the Museum of History Heist, a couple of days ago. The room itself was very cool and immersive. Probably the best heist I have ever played. ( I have played over 30 escape rooms). The facility itself was clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone! My new go to for escape rooms. Definitely be back for the rest of the rooms.

• Came in to play all four games in a row for Valentines Day and had a fun time despite some of the more challenging puzzles providing an ample challenge. I love seeing mom and pop escape rooms open up because the charm they provide is something you just can’t get from the larger scale escape rooms. The family who owns and runs this place really took care of us and everyone was super sweet. Huge shout out to Darlene and her brothers (wish I got your names too) who were excellent game masters. After playing all the games, I would recommend the Museum and the Cinema to anyone coming in to play!

• I had a great time at this Escape Room Facility. The staff were super friendly and the game masters were the best we've ever seen from any escape room centers we have ever been at. A true classic of a game. The amount of detail in there museum room were truly unbelievable. They thought of everything. Had a blast and will be back to conquer the other rooms very soon!
