Kylee and the team work tirelessly after a youngster unfortunately took down the Henchman’s heist room we had booked. We had planned a “special” surprise for our friends and it went completely as planned, with some IT assistance. This is our second time here and we got to know the family on a slightly more personal level while waiting and we would never even consider another Escape room facility! Looking forward to our next adventure here!! Absolutely recommend for a fun and brain teasing good time!! Really deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
Todd KesslerNemisis knocks it out of the park again with the Henchman’s Heist! The game has unique puzzles, excellent sequence, and high end presentation from the minute you walk into the soda fountain. Roy did an excellent job with his character and was both entertained helpful. Ownership is always accommodating and professional too. Top notch immersion experience that you can’t miss!
AWonderful Experience! The production, immersion, and customer service was beyond fantastic for both rooms we played (EVIL Robots and Henchmen's Heist). Looking forward to coming back for Mongolian Monster if I'm ever in town again :)
