Had a great 1st experience. My wife & I did the Y2k 90's theme game and it was a blast from the past. Just the 2 of us solved it in 60 mins with minimal clue help.

BaronWe did the Y2K virus-themed room. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who likes escape rooms. The theme was amazing!! Very nostalgic and fun! Looked extremely realistic, where I felt immersed in the environment. The puzzles were fun. It does rely quite a bit on the lock mechanism (not my favorite), but I think the theme made it extremely enjoyable nonetheless. Also, Shadd is *the best* game master! Shadd is enthusiastic, passionate about escape rooms, and very friendly! It was clear that Shadd was keeping up with our progress, and pointed us in the right direction without giving the answer away when we were a bit stuck.
PannaY2K Virus was the first room we did. I feel that this was the easiest of the three rooms we did. I thought the puzzles were challenging, but simple enough to figure out. I don't think that there was a moment where we didn't know what we were supposed to do in this room. It's easy to connect the dots and figure out what to do. I would say this is an easy-intermediate difficulty room, and would recommend this if this is your first time or if you aren't that experienced at escape rooms. We were told that Stage Call is their easiest room at Subscape, so if you are a beginner, you can start there as well.

NicholasMy wife and I as well as another couple had been referred to play here from owners of another escape room. We are so happy we went! The three games were all great. The Lab is a great intro room - tweens/teens would like it as would rookie escapers. We did AI and it was also fun. Villain’s Lair ended up being our favorite despite us not getting out (20 more seconds, so close!!). Sabrina was great as our game master and is definitely an asset to the company. Definitely check this place out if you like good and intuitive rooms with great scenery.
