• Always wanted to try an escape room and finally got the chance to do so now that things are opening back up. For our first escape room ever, my wife and I did "Once Upon a Time" and it was a perfect introduction to the experience. Our game master Nick was amazing and made the whole experience waaaay more enjoyable. We already purchased a gift card to come back and loved everything about our time at Red Door!

• We went here for a family outing and the whole family had fun! Our group consisted of 2 adults, a 14 year old boy, and an 11 year old girl. While making the reservations, the staff person recommended the Once Upon a Time room for our family. Devon was our guide for the hour. He made sure we were challenged but he also helped us when we needed hints. Thanks, Devon!

• This escape room was very well put together. It had difficult challenges, but it wasn't too difficult. We did the gift and once upon a time. McKenzie was really good at running these rooms. She was understanding for our needs for hints. Took care of us very well. We will be returning to finish the rest of the rooms soon. Thanks for an amazing experience.

• Really fun! First timer. Really enjoyed it. Impressed how organized and well done. Rest of the family group have done escape rooms and they really liked it also! Highly recommended. We did "Once upon a time." Had so much fun! Will be back to try other rooms!

• Gary is a legend. My squad and I were absolutely struggling on the “Once upon a Time” room, but he had our backs! We were scared for our lives that we’d never get out, but Gary didn’t let us down. In my opinion he deserves a raise.

• We did the Once Upon A Time room and it was so fun! The puzzles are different from most other escape rooms and required a little bit more out of the box thinking. Caitlyn and Andres were so helpful from start to finish and provided a great experience. We booked another room for later in the day!

• Andres and Caitlyn were our game masters and they were awesome! Made sure we had fun while keeping the experience challenging for us. I did "Once Upon A Time" with another person and it was difficult but doable.

• I came here with my wife and did the "Once Upon A Time" room while carrying our baby and we're able to make it out with 0 min to spare! This is such a high quality escape room, scaled down in size so that's it's perfect for smaller parties. There are multiple rooms, moving parts, lots of tech, the whole shebang of a great escape room.

• Nick was a great game master! He was super friendly and engaging ! My group and I did “Prison Break” and “Once Upon A Time” room. Loved both rooms and they were Super immersive and we had a great experience.

• It was my friends birthday and we did the “Once Upon a Time” it was all our first time doing it. We escaped and had a good time ,after we went to go eat , but we couldn’t help talk about how much fun we had. I recommend this place for anything it’s so fun.

• It was so much fun!!!! My husband and I did the “Once upon a time” room and it was so much fun!! Even though it’s easy level, it was still challenging enough for two of us, so you dont have worry about it being too easy. We are definitely coming back again!!

• Just had an amazing time at Red Door escape room. What a fun idea for a quick date night getaway. We did the "Once Upon A Time" and just made it out with seconds to spare. Super fun. Check it out at the Veranda in concord.
  
  Forgot to mention our guide and game master Goose. With out his help at very strategic moments. Not sure we would've made it out. Thanks Goose!! You kept it fun and challenging but ensured that we didn't end up getting stuck.

• We had so much fun last night, we decided to make another trek out to Concord to try Once Upon a Time tonight. Red Room did not disappoint again. We requested Ethan, as our game master. It was the last booking of the night, and he still made our time so much fun for our family. So much energy and enthusiasm! Thank you for another great experience.

• So far my spouse and I have escaped from 3 of Red Door's escape rooms. We've complete Last Stop, Fair Game and Once Upon A Time. At first we were worried about trying an escape room with just 2 people and while they can be challenging, we've had a blast and successfully escaped each time.
  
  All of our game master's have been incredibly friendly and helpful when asked for a clue.
  
  We have plans to take on the remaining 3 rooms and how that Red Door continues to design more rooms for us to escape in the future.
