• My wife and I had a great time doing Sugar Rush, even though I lost a crown (not kidding) The staff was super friendly and gave us a locker to put our stuff in, The room was very well decorated and the puzzle were fun. Highly recommend.

• We just went for the Sugar Rush escape room and it was perfect! This was our first time doing an escape room - 2 adults and 3 kids ages 8-10. I chose this company because it was open early in the day, was not scary for the kids, and was one of the only that allowed kids and did not make you pay for the extra spaces to have a private room. The room was in 2 parts with lots of fun puzzles that the kids enjoyed. Some puzzles were trickier, but we still made it out with 2 mins left on the clock and were able to eat our cupcakes. Our puzzle host Mike was one of the owners. He sent us freebie tips when he saw us getting stuck instead of making us use all our help calls. We already want to go back and do another room! I am sure it will be better now that we have some experience.

• We came out for my mother's birthday and had a great time. The Sugar Rush escape room was such a cool idea and I enjoyed the friendly competition between the staff. Brandon and Dakota really psyched us up prior to the start. I'm definitely coming back.

• Didn't look like much when I walked in the door since there aren't really any signs. However, once you walk in you'll see a directory saying exit exit escape room nyc. We did the sugar rush (A) and it was really fun. I was surprised that there was that many puzzles as the room looked empty. I would def recommend doing this one. I'm going to check out other ones tomorrow or next time I'm in town

• Very friendly staff with excellent acting skills. Fun birthday parties, smells like cake. Lockers protect your personal items well. Overall great experience even though my sister kept yelling.

• Went to do their rooms during our trip to NYC. We really enjoyed our experience with this company.
  
  Their rooms were not that hard, but still very enjoyable. The puzzles and flows were logical and linear. The room themes were unique and some of the puzzles really interesting.
  
  My friend is a newbie and I've done close to 100 rooms and we both had a great time. My friend kept saying the experience (esp with Sugar Rush & Italian Job) here were one of the highlights of her visit:).
  
  We ended up doing 4 out of 5 of their rooms (it was early in the morning and their rooms happened to be empty). Mike, the owner, was very nice and kindly gave us discounts for the subsequent rooms and even let us do the last room for free :).
  
  Our faves were Sugar Rush and Italian Job. I have to say I've never done such unique concept. We got to find ingredients and 'bake' a cupcake and we did end up getting a real cupcake. It definitely gave a nice touch.
  
  We also really liked the setting of the High Speed. It had the replica of a real NYC train. Mission also had a component where you're in a plane with the movement and sound of a real plane. I think these were well thought-out and made the rooms more immersive.
  
  All in all, I highly recommend this company :). Will come back for their last room we haven't done when we're back to NYC.

• It was my first escape room. I was nervous, but unnecessary. Great clues. We had the Sugar Rush experience and that was lots of fun. Staff was great. We got the cupcake as the prize. Will do another escape soon.

• So much fun! Took our daughter and her closest friend here for her 12th birthday. It was four of us in total, the perfect amount of people. We successfully completed the candy crush escape room and had a blast doing it. Would 100% come back. The staff was so friendly too. Made it extra special for her birthday! Def something fun to do even during COVID. Just wear a mask !

• We celebrated a friend's son's birthday with a mix of children (9-15) and parents. We solved the room with a few min to spare, but it was fun and challenging and drew on everyone's skills. Attendant was really nice as well. Room was logical, clues made sense and were solvable. Nothing was broken, which we've had at other escape rooms in the past. Very positive experience.

• Based on a friend’s recommendation, I booked the Sugar Rush game when I was in New York with my daughter in law, 12 year old grandson and another 12 year old boy. I had no idea what an escape room adventure was and thought it might challenge my claustrophobia. It didn’t but what it did challenge was our ability to decipher clues and complete the game. Solving the game required creativity, intelligence and good teamwork. Despite the title, this particular game is not for young kids - unless they’re very smart and do crossword puzzles, acrostics, etc. Nice staff at this facility.

• We did "High Speed" and came back again for "Sugar Rush". We had a blast with both rooms! The rooms are carefully constructed and offer a great variety of puzzles. The staff gave us a warm welcome and made our visit an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place!

• We have done almost every escape room here and they are all FABULOUS!! We’ve been around the block and this is one of our fav places. Rooms are excellent, fun, and extremely creative! The people, hilarious and charming! Our game master, Latifah, was super sweet, energetic, and fun!! Highly recommended for everyone from newbies to seasoned escapers!

• Love this place. We’ve now done all the rooms here with our kids (ages 9 and 10) and can highly recommend them. The games are clever and, right now, provide a much needed hour escape from everything happening in the world outside. The staff are super friendly and add to the experience in a very positive way, particularly for the kids.

• We did the sugar rush room with 3 people and it was tons of fun!! The puzzles took each of our unique ways of puzzle solving to complete. We used all 5 senses to solve the puzzles. The taste, smell and listen puzzles were a blast. The staff was very helpful and friendly and he gave some good hints during the game. I want to go again!!
