• Went yesterday and had a really great time! We had a group of 5 and did the Mob Heist room. The puzzles were fun to solve and the staff member (Sandy, if I remember correctly) was very sweet and great at giving us tips whenever we got stuck on any puzzles. All in all, it was lots of fun and we plan to come back to try the other rooms :)

• Great experience with wonderful staff who were super accommodating of a special request for a birthday surprise. We did the Perfect Heist room and enjoyed some puzzle types that we hadn't encountered before. We'd love to be back to try the other rooms.

• I loved the creativity of the puzzles at Exit Escape! I have done tons of rooms all over and there were still some puzzles that I had never seen before. We even decided to go back and do a second room. I highly recommend it!

• The puzzles in the Heist room were VERY well constructed, and related well to the story of the room. Chris and Latifah were both very caring, helpful, and accommodating. I’d recommend Heist for more experience escape artists.

• This place is so fun! The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and lively. The escape room was clean and we all felt safe as far as health is concerned. It put our brains to work. GO. 5 stars.

• It was a clever puzzle! So fun with a group of frienda too. Absolutley recommend it! It was brilliant, i dont want to give the solution away, i think everyone should give it a try if they can. Great staff and i suppose the location is what was most confusing, as its not 246, its a building connected to it, you enter from a different building. Nonetheless, a brilliant bonding time with friends (bring your smarter set of friends)

• Went with a group of 8. Friendly staff. The clues are pretty straightforward. My friends and I got out in 30-40 minutes. We did the spy mission one. they're actually preparing a submarine one in the future. They have the staff try it out which I thought was thoughtful and a good quality check.

• We did the Mission Room as a birthday celebration for my husband - it was GREAT! We had a ball, although a bit challenging and we needed the assistance of our Commander via the intercom, still, it was so much fun.
  
  They folks running it was so nice and fun to speak to after we escaped.
  
  I recommend this for a group of friends looking to have a unique and fun NYC experience!

• We did the Mission room and had such a good time! The staff was super nice (and helpful when we needed hints), and the game kept us guessing for the entire hour. We'll definitely be back to do the other room soon!

• Came here last night for the Mission room. We escaped the Subway room before, and both rooms were awesome. My group has done over 50 rooms and I would say both these rooms are very professional. I felt The Mission was slightly more challenging. Both rooms are high tech and really make you think. The puzzles are well planned out and the interior of both rooms looked great. The Owner Mike is also a very nice guy and very professional. Can't wait to come back in here a couple months when they open the 3rd room.

• This place is fairly new but is easily one of the best escape rooms I've done in NYC. I played and really enjoyed both of their rooms. If you're looking for the hardest games you won't find them here, but there is plenty to love for both beginners and experienced escapers. Perfect for small groups or even couples, both games have great sets and are full of unique and creative interactions. Most importantly, they were SUPER FUN, so just go try it out!
