• We had a great time. With only two of us we solved the High Speed NYC escape room and though challenging, it was lots of fun when we found the clues. Holly (Our Clue Expert) was great and did a an amazing job getting us to the next clue. You definitely have to think outside of the box a little bit to see how the clues fit to get to the next phase but with 5 minutes left, we did it. 👍

• Really fun room and amazing service, staff were super friendly!! Subway puzzle had a lot of different puzzles in each room, and the room designs were really immersive! Definitely a great experience for first timers and veterans alike!

• We played High Speed & Mob Heist here back to back with 2 experienced (but not amazing haha) players. Loved the friendly staff & the rooms. We escaped both of them with minimal help (maybe 1 tip each room)! I find them very well balanced, nicely decorated and well-thought out with a variety of different puzzles and setups! We recommend this location!

• My friend and I really enjoyed our trip here! The staff was so friendly and we were lucky enough to have TJ as our game master, he was amazing! He was very inviting when we got there and he was alap understanding and helped us when we were really in need in it. The escape room was challenging but at the same time so fun and worth it! I recommend it, this room specifically is unique compared to the others and we enjoyed trying something different! 10/10 do it!

• A great time! We did HIGH SPEED NYC, and it was a blast- full of NYC atmosphere and clever clues, with some rather impressive production value. Our gamemaster Dakota really helped- he knew just when to nudge without giving too much away. And we finished with five minutes to spare!!

• I've done two of the rooms here, and both provided an immersive and delightful escape room experience! Our game master was also excellent both times, providing the right amount of freebie hints to keep the game moving without overdoing it or handing us the answer.
  
  High Speed NYC was one of the best escape rooms I've ever done. There was a great mix of clues, codes, input methods, tactile puzzles, high-tech immersive activities, and really clever game and room design that kept us on our toes the entire time. I think we took around 50-55 minutes to solve it, so it was just the right level of difficulty to feel like there was a challenge. This room and difficulty level was perfect with 4 people, but could be good with up to 6 or so.
  
  Operation Dive was a little bit easier than High Speed NYC, but it had all those great high-tech, very interactive, hands-on puzzles that made High Speed NYC great. We did this room with 6 people, which made it a little bit chaotic for communication, but having so many people working on the puzzles helped us breeze through this room. We ended up completing it in about 37 minutes or so. It's non-linear, so having more people definitely helped--different people could take on different puzzles and play to their strengths. With fewer people, I think this room would have been especially challenging.
  
  All in all, I want to keep coming back to Exit Escape and do all of their rooms! So many innovative puzzles!

• We did High Speed NYC, it had some of the best props and atmosphere of any room we went to. We were happy to have Latifah as our game master! She was passionate about the game and creative when providing us tips that didn't take away from the challenge. The obstacles are clever and very fulfilling to solve. We'll be back soon!

• Had so much fun today with the family. We've been reluctant to do any fun events like this because of Covid. We have several high risk people in the family. Took a chance because Exit specified how they were following NYS protocols on their site. They didn't disappoint. The rooms are sanitized between games. They offer masks and gloves if you need and have sanitizer available. We did the High Speed NYC. It was a lot of fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to do the Sugar Rush (cupcakes given at the end). I highly recommend a visit.

• Escaped from the runaway subway car! This place is absolutely stellar. the immersion of the room is tip-top and is a real challenge in the best way. Mike was excellent with us and such a nice guy, we even stayed for a while after for a chat! Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

• So, we attempted the "High Speed NYC" and we definitely enjoyed that one so so much. Most of my friend's agreed, the first part is definitely our favorite, haha! But overall, it was super entertaining, and we completed it with 20 minutes to spare. After we were done with this one...we were ACTUALLY planning to leave, but as we were having problems with Uber, I actually asked the guy, who was working, what other escape rooms he got...and he definitely explained the others to me, and what got my interest was the..."Sugar Rush" and how he told us we gotta use our "5 senses" in order to complete the escape room....REALLY would recommend that one for new goers, super UNIQUE tbh! 🙂 The staff was really nice, gave great hints, and both, escape rooms, were working too!

• Did the High Speed NYC room today with the family. Have been trepidatious about indoor events because of Covid but Exit is following all safety protocols. The rooms are sanitized in between games. They offer masks, gloves, and sanitizer. The room was so much fun. We finished with 10 minutes to spare. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend. Will try Sugar Rush next time.

• Exit Escape Room NYC is really great! We've been to half a dozen escape rooms before and this one was the best by far. The puzzles are challenging but fair. The setting/props/decorations/etc are extremely authentic. We did the High Speed NYC game and had so much fun - gamemaster Mike was excellent. We loved it so much we went back later the same day and did the Sugar Rush one - also fun and unique and very challenging.
  
  I hope we have a chance to go back soon to try the other rooms.

• We booked the High Speed NYC for our anniversary. Booked the private room for just the two of us. It was so much fun! We’ve done over 20 rooms and this was definitely one of the top ones! It’s high tech and lots of fun. We will definitely return to try the other rooms

• I gotta say I was a disappointed with the room's production value and upkeep. It needs some renovation and upkeep. For instance, one of the items needed to show a number wasn't working and the dude had to radio us and say "oh that one is supposed to be '2'" for example". At least he was paying attention. Another time an object was supposed to come out of a machine and it wasn't working so the dude had to knock on the door and hand us the object. Really broke the immersion of the game. Close the room for a week and fix these issues! 1/25/20

• We did the High Speed NYC whilst on holiday last week and it was amazing. The puzzles are hi-tech and really get you thinking and the surprises keep coming throughout. Five of us played from age 13 - 54 and everyone was buzzing afterwards. We got out with less than a minute to spare!! Definitely recommend it.

• The High Speed NYC room was very well thought out. The features inside the room were really cool - just like the inside of a real subway in NYC. I have to say, this was one of the best escape rooms in NYC - fun, exciting and as challenging as you'd like to make it. You can have more or less clues so this is good for beginners or more "advanced" escapers.
  
  As an added bonus, the owner is very pleasant and professional and goes the extra way to make sure you have a good experience. I look forward to returning.
