• We arrived ten minutes before our time slot. Locked out of the location, we called and found no one would answer. As they close at 12 we had no reason to assume no one would be there, as well as the fact that we had emails confirming they accepted our reservations money. If we did something wrong in the process that’s on us, but no one answered us. Completely confused why we were ignored and would love an answer.

• We had a blast! We are seasoned escape room people and this one was up there! We did the Wonka escape room and it was really cool. The puzzles were challenging fun! The wonderful game master named Laura was absolutely so friendly, sweet and helpful! She started out giving us a free "birthday" clue for our son's 13th birthday and then gave us another free one for my husband dressing up as willy wonka! They owner found out and upgraded us to free clues the whole game!! We only needed a few but it was so great to feel important!!! It was a very vibrant and fun room! We hope to return again and bring some friends!!!!

• We had a great time in the Wonka escape room! There were two of us and it was doable in the hour given. Our game master, K.C., was super helpful and very friendly. Can’t say enough good things about her. If you can request a master, ask for her!
