ThomasTerrible. Our clue master was not very enthusiastic and the video for Island Escape hyped my son up so much just for this lousy room. When my other son was finished with mystery mansion he bragged about how his room was so big and there was a fake gun and my son cried for hours. 0/10

Hannah KellyIt’s been about a year since we tried to play this room, but the mass amount of steep stairs leading into the building prevented one of my friends from getting up there, as she uses a wheelchair. There is no warning of this as you’re booking the room. The only place it’s listed is in an FAQ section on their website that you have to go out of your way to look at. They then refused to refund our money, only offering credit(which they removed from my account later) and responded in emails nastily.
