Here you will find escape rooms in New York that include live actors. The characters may be placed in the game to scare you or to increase the immersion, make the game challenging or be your guide - either way, prepare for an unusual and memorable hour!
We did the Dungeon the other night and it was awesome! Completely different experience than my other escape rooms. What a pleasant surprise with the attention to detail in this room. We escaped and will be back to try the other rooms!Iris
Did the new Parlor room last night as my 37th escape room, and it's now my favorite room to date. I've previously done rooms by 13th Hour and the production quality is top-notch. The game was huge with multiple levels and rooms, all the puzzles were fair and obvious once you realized what you need to. Worth every penny of the price tag. We did it on a regular night with no actors involved but it didn't detract from the game. It still had its creepy ambiance but was everything I could ask for. 10/10 recommend.Tim
Did the "Great Room" with a group of six. We came so close... but didn't end up escaping. It was so much fun! Our guide Steve was awesome. Overall a fantastic experience - we will definitely be back.Jenny
I can't say enough good things about this place. We've tried the Cookhouse and the Great Room so far and loved both. The puzzles and attention to detail were fantastic. The owner, Steve, is also really friendly and fun to talk with. Our group is looking forward to trying the rest of the rooms.Joey
Loved this place - fun and has a nice atmosphere. The Dungeon turned out to be a good escape room experience for us. The actors really help in keeping the suspense and add a fear factor to whatever you decide to do. An immersive and challenging hour.Joe
The Dungeon room was very intricate and difficult for us, but we are new to this activity. The ambience is not too bad except for the yelling of other players in escape rooms next door. There was only one room with a staircase to a balcony, so there is a lot of back and forth in a relatively small space.Nader
