This Halloween, you're in for a treat! It's time to let your inner demons out and face your fears. Instead of binge-watching horror movies and thrillers, choose one of the spooky escape rooms in New York. The perfect way to spend the scariest night of the year is to indulge in an escape room marathon. Happy haunting!
Hoodwinked Escape made my birthday celebration a memorable one for my friends, family and me. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN!!! The establishment was clean and inviting, and was ready for us when my party of 14 arrived! My cake table was beautiful, the champagne was nicely chilled, as well as the individual water bottles.Denise L T
Loved, loved, loved The Shadow’s Nest escape room!! It was scary, yet fun and it definitely forced us to use our brainpower and come together as a team. The other half of my guests were in The Experiment Room, which was also superb! We are already making plans to return!
My favorite haunted house ever. The actors here are really really awesome. We also did the Grand Parlor escape room and the actors there were also amazing. Everybody was high energy and no one half assed it. The escape room was challanging we had nine people and got out with nine minutes left but it was by far the biggest room or rooms I have ever seen and we have done about 40. I would give them and extra star if I could. Going back for another escape room is definitely in our future! Thanks for a fun nite.Erin G.
In our group of 6, half were experienced, half were first timers. We chose John Doe because of the unique theme, despite the high difficulty rating. Definitely creeped out by the dim lighting (your smartphone flashlight is a must), background music and creepy props. We did use all 3 clues, and escaped with 9 minutes to spare. A good challenge, for sure. And Adam was a great host. Highly recommend this business and this room.Brandy
If you are new to escape rooms than this room will certainly feel passable. If you've played a few mid to high quality escape rooms you'll definatly be disappointed. The puzzles are ones that are relatively regurgitated in the industry and the theme is really lacking. The set quality is mediocre and if you're expecting to be creeped out or scared try escape rooms closer to Manhattan.Travis
Did the Grand Parlor room with a team of nine. It was the biggest room I've ever seen by far, and I've been to about 40 rooms. The actors were amazing and went all-in for us! The puzzles were challenging but we got out with nine minutes left. Going back for another escape room is definitely in our future!Eric
It was amazing my friends and I were able to escape with 8 minutes left of time we definitely had many screams but it was so fun I recommend this room and I can’t wait to try the other roomsSamantha
